When you change a clutch, it is important to also replace the clutch release bearing.

- In order to reinstall the clutch on the flywheel, the clutch disc and housing need to be perfectly centred.
It is therefore imperative that you have a clutch centring tool, something you can find in the description of the video.
- Changing the clutch requires to remove both cardan shafts.
The gearbox must therefore be bled, so that oil does not spill everywhere.

Hi. i changed my clutch and the clitch release bearing but the problem is the car won't start with the brake padel pressed and the car is in neutral when i do this. I get a " check injection" alarm on the dashboard. The car does start when I press the clutch padel, but the "check injection" alarm is the. Can you please assist with this?

What about dual mass flywheel and hydraulic clutch?
I have renault captur 2014 1.5 dci manuL 1st and reverse gear are little tight . Do u think change of transmission oil can make a diffrenece as it has run 70k miles. done

@@UseTool_EN I have to change whole gearbox in 1.6 petrol, the main job is the same. Actually I cant lose 30mm joint nut, its stuck as hell.

The reason is simple. Valeo builds the clutch and Bolk rebrands it, for a fair price. If you click on the link the description, you’ll see that it’s a « Bolk » part.
