Combine that with a light puff of diamataceous earth at the base of the plant to control new juveniles climbing onto the plant can work well. Other then that, there is only one other solution, hand removal of each bug. Nothing else works, alcohol, neem etc its all wishful thinking. You could, if its a single plant bring in ladybugs and put a covering over your plant, to trap them in and let them handle the issue, but the chances theyll survive long enough to take care of the juveniles and eggs is pretty poor.

NO. Ants are helping to farm these nasty pests. Those absolutely have to go first.
