    I have had these kebabs when i went on my honeymoon in kashmir and honestly me and my husband were addicted to it delicious appetizer definitely gonna try making it at home.

    That is beautifully prepared!
    And that mincing takes a great strength and patience as far my experience!
    Kabab is a dish that is prepared after a heavy workout and that is why probably kabab is fave of all.

      Do refrigerate after adding spices and once you take them out from fridge either mince or knead then they wont. The wazas mentioned not to add egg.
