Thanx sister...the gravy was really delicious when i followed your recipe and the chilli oil trick does add taste as well as presentation to the recipe. Added a bit of more spices for the ristas. We are from Lucknow and follow Awadhi style of cooking mostly. But sometimes I cook kashmiri style too like some signature dishes like this. That is when your channel is first stop for me :)

Tried a lot over years, did not get a spongy texture which is the real essence of Rista. Also chicken riata remains chalky white from inside. Could you remove my these difficulties.?

I tried it /it dint taste good with chicken , followed ur exact recipe + I m an advanced cook , but anyways I guess we r used to the mutton taste
