The glue that I use to make my dream-catchers is a tube of Dritz Liquid Stitch Permanent Fabric Adhesive. It is a soft liquid glue in a convenient squeeze container. Another tip is I prefer to use artificial sinew - it is a little expensive but is very durable. I've attempted to use wax linen but i tie my web tight - often when I nearly complete the catcher the linen would break. I prefer to create a tight web - I suppose that's why I don't use thread for it often breaks before i finish. I know that you mentioned using beads - I place small glass beads throughout the web. When one hangs the catcher in a picture window the sunlight often creates small rainbows on a painted wall.
Half the fun is going into the woods and finding nature materials to make a dream catcher. Fully understanding why and the meaning of materials and what they represent in the natural world. Cheers from old George in the UK

Ive always done the web first,that way my leather covers where the web(I use gold wire for the web) attaches to the ring,witch I use wooden rings,my webs always come out less than even,but it adds interest,likely from the beads,and gems I attach to the web.We have a different way of making them,but they still turn out well..You look like you would be a lot of fun to hang out with by the way.I like STP too,Interstate love song is my favorite by them,a little bud,and music,and Im set for the evening.Thanks for posting also.

Very good question! The good dreams are smart and know how to navigate through the holes, and slide down the feathers (which I hadn't added yet). The bad dreams just don't even stand a chance. It is hard labor, but it's a labor of love so it's totally worth it hehe
