    awesome video but a helpful hint is to wrap all that string on a small stick and use it as a sewing needle type thing so u don't have to pull that string through every time, it also speeds it up a ton!

    We use Weeping Willow branches. You could use Oak if you strip the bark and soak it long enough, though!

    When I was watching this, and I saw the dog walk through. When the dog first walked by behind the trees, I seriously thought it was a mountain lion. Haha

    You just gave me an idea. You know that dream catcher would make a great hammock if you can get a larger sized ring.

    Yours was the coolest looking one so far! I like the rustic, natural look of it! But, yeah, I'd want to decorate mine with the feathers and beads. : ) thanks for sharing!

    I love this.. It is so much prettier than the artificial looking ones I see in my local Crystal shop.. I want to give it a try.. I love that its made from earthy products.

    @wbworkout thats very noble and a it shows yoiu have a great spirit but i really recommend that you take the profit and help ppl in your direct association....not much that goes into relief funds actually ever reaches the ppl.....but i assure you that there are ppl in need very close to u regardless of race that need help...GOD bless your helpful spirit

    Well Joshua, I'm a bit reticent about giving my location here in a public forum, I'm sure you understand :) I'm not super savvy when it comes to computers and websites and such( heck I type with about 3 or 4 fingers) so..maybe there is some way to do a private message? By the way..I recently watched a vid about using sage as a smudge( I am a bit familiar with this) . It featured an elder who has 24 years of new life after dying to drugs and alcohol. It was very inspiring and simple. Be well:)

    i have a problem tying the knot in the center at the end of making the web, but i have only used sinew but still i do a knot and it doesn't stay!!?? its frustrating cause i have made a few dreamcatchers and still having a problem with that. anyways, i really like your style dreamcatcher, its nature like and pretty cool. thanks for sharing. I guess ill have to try some jute.

    • @avelindel9713
      @avelindel9713 8 років тому

      With sinew, if you can't tie it to stay, you can generally burn it to stay after being tied.
