these people have had fillers for years and i feel like they’re finally seeing the filler migrate / expand into places they don’t want. i’m pro surgery and filler but i’m glad to see that people are knowing when to stop!
Tbh, it's nice to see people getting back to be natural. I'm not against people doing tweaks or plastic surgery when it's really needed, but with influencers it's just too much, everybody looks similar on Instagram which is causing many people to have body dismorphia and making them more insecure.
I always love how you incorporate science in your videos. They say lip filler can last so much longer than they originally thought. I haven’t gotten it since last summer, and my lips still look great. I think people just need to stop going so often. ✨
I am glad this is happening. People are allowed to do what they want sure but I think a good number are just following the trend rather than carefully thinking about what they need and want. I know insecurities about one's appearance can harm one's self esteem, even debilitating at times. Trust me, I don't talk about it much about it with people, but I picked my acne because of my acne and I stress ated for being overweight and while I have gotten better at managing these I still struggle with it. I don't exactly like how my teeth is slightly yellow either. But never have I changed my appearance or habits for anyone else other than myself and never have I seen the need to physically altering my appearance by artificial means and this is thanks to my mom. Sure she wanted me to lose weight but even then she'd want to me to do so for health and by eating healthy and exercising.
We honestly haven't seen or know for sure the negative effects of filler. It's literally been around only for a few years. One thing I've definitely noticed is that a lot of people start to have a pillow face after getting a lot of it.

My brother in laws girlfriend (23 y.o) has been religiously getting her lips filled..it looks awful to be honest, slightly ok if you look at her straight on and she has lip stick. She got them desloved four months ago, and she is back to being self conscious and wants to do them again. I had her talk to my uncle who is a P.S in Seattle and he tried explaining to her that botox and Lip lifts are not a good option for anyone in their twenties to early thirties.... more invasive surgeries will actually pull and stretch the facial skin over time, causing regular, minor invasive surgeries probably for the rest of your life.
