Stay up late on the first night, wake up really early and do an activity to wear yourself out, take a couple of hours for a nap to catch up on sleep, and then start your day again mid-day so you can last until later that night. Gosh, you are so gorgeous! Loved this, reminded me of my trip to Rome last year 😍 The reason you didn’t find cacio e pepe in other regions of Italy is that each region has its specialties. Cacio e pepe is from the Lazio region where Rome is 😊 Another example is pesto, you’ll most likely find pesto dishes in the Genoa area, as that’s where it’s from, but you most likely won’t be able to find it in other regions of Italy 😊
