You can own 100% as a foreigner. Visa requirements are like in any other industry: Minimum bachelor's degree from a recognized university + 2 years professional related experience.

Extension is directly related to how your company does in terms of business. If it generates low income, insufficient to hold you as a foreign employee, visa extension application might be refused too, so it's highly recommended that you keep your company active, and make aure it's making enough to maintain you.

No, tourist visa cannot be transferred to work visa, but business visa can.
