Baccarat Rouge is amazing!!!! I loved the foundation on you! So gorgeous. I bought the Bobbi Brown foundation stick and loved it, but it only lasted three weeks, and I do not go in heavy handed as I love light coverage. Never bought another one again as it is too, too expensive!
The only stick foundation I’ve ever owned is the Tom Ford stick foundation and while it is around $90 (I bought it at the Estée Lauder Outlet for $30) it actually has a TON of product! I only use that one every once in a while because I like more of a luminous finish(I use it lately more with the CT Flawless Finish underneath) and I’ve had that darn stick for like 2 years!! Lol. Maybe even 3 because I lost a year in 2020. Lol. It’s still perfectly fresh and now paired with the CT has been my go to when I want a more full coverage foundation! Maybe there is something to the luxury brands vs just the regular Sephora brands??? Although I did hate the TF bronzer, although I may have just needed the 1st shade instead of the 2nd?? Lol
In my experience, there are certain things where luxury brands do make a difference in vs other products. Things like mascara, eyeliner, blush, highlight, bronzer, etc can be pretty good in the low end to mid range pricing and brands, you just gotta hunt for them. Eyeshadow, powder, concealer, primer is usually best in the mid range but some high end makes sense. Foundation is also good in mid range and high end. There’s just some products that are hard to formulate cheaply (but you can make do in a pinch). While other things like blush is just stupidly inflated for no reason
I love these because as a Registered Nurse one would think I would not be gullible and fall for every single ad claiming a miracle. WRONG!!😂 I have wasted so much money on yet another dream. These are so helpful. Now I rely on you to spend the money 😂 and give me the tea.

I tried Merit during the last Sephora VIB sale. I tried the blush & lip oil & didn't like either. 😰 As for yoga pants, no pockets, no go!😱 Will definitely be checking out that fragrance line!💙
My favorite way to apply stick blush or whatever they're called is to swipe it along my cheekbone, then blend with a foundation brush. It's super fast and looks good. I bet the merit blush would work well that way
I HAAAAAATED the Halara leggings. I have a golden retriever who sheds so much that I vacuum every day and all I did was sit on my couch in them and I was covered in dog hair and it did not come off. I didn’t like it when I sprayed it in the air, but I get a ton of compliments wearing it. I’ve had the Kilian perfume and I can say they smell almost identical.
I need to know! Is that perfume anything like the aromatech diffuser oil santal? Because since you've recommended that, it's the ONLY oil I use in my diffuser now. It smells delicious. Any more diffuser recommendations or recipes you have would be amazing 😁

Honestly, when your camera was not zoomed in close on your face, I couldn’t see the the swaths of makeup you’d drawn before you blended. I thought the color was a really good match. Expensive yes, but I thought it looked very nice. And the blush did make you look “lit from within”. I thought it was pretty. The “beige debacle” reminds me of when our house was built. It was an experimental city/private builder collaboration. Now the reason I bring this up is because we were committed to buying this house while it was being built. Therefore we got to choose the wood finishes, flooring, paint and carpet color. We chose a carpet color similar to your top with a faint blush tone called Cameo Blush. Since my MIL lived next door, we knew when they did things like the carpet. We saw carpet scraps on the porch, but they were very clearly grey. No question. We called the builders. They told us we didn’t know what we were talking about. We still had a sample and protested. They weren’t happy with us, but they called the supplier. He was honestly apologetic (unlike the jerk general contractor company owners) and agreed that whatever dye run that was, it definitely was *not* the color we ordered. He had his installers out very quickly after confirming that the replacement order was indeed the correct color. Give your top a faint hint of blush and make your pants more grey than green and you have our carpet debacle. Those are not the same color and I don’t care what Cider says. Those pants aren’t beige.
I actually bought the big Etat Libre d'Orange sampler kit because of you! And, I now own 4 bottles.... 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 Fat Electrician....ERMERGERRD! You should try the brand Juliette Has a Gun!!!! I recommend for you, either Mmmm... Or Musc Invisible. Both heavenly! Citizen Queen is another one of my favorites. When you pair it with Clinique Aromatics, you smell like a straight up Cabbage Patch baby!
For that crochet top: anything crochet is handmade as machines can't copy crocheting techniques like they can with knitting. So crochet items are just going to cost more.
You have to try the merit cream blush with a brush application! I put some on back of my hand, pick up with a brush and it’s so much more pigmented and glowy
Just an FYI, the $22 for that crochet top is actually not much. Crochet can not be duplicated by a machine, everything is hand stitched. I crochet and halters like that typically sell for $50-$60 at craft fairs. CIDER is severely underpaying skilled artisans.
Crochet can not be done by machines. As a crocheter and knitter, I only purchase knit items from stores because those are able to be made by a machine. The cost of the items is no where near enough to pay for the labor.
Another beautiful video from my favourite youtube channel yayy😆😆 I am studying for my univesity exam and this video will definitely give me the energy and motivation I need
I was so excited to see the Halara try on! I will have much more confidence buying them now. I see that shop cider brand all the time and their style is just not me... plus I'm like 20 years over their target demographic.
I LOVE the Merit line! The stock will last much longer than you think. It is really a minimalist line. Only use it where you need coverage. The blush is awesome and gives me a wonderful hilighter flush. It is a five minute face line and totally rocks for us “wiser” ( aka older….shhhh) women who need moisture and a light, easy look! 😂 You might be too young and wrinkle free to really be able to appreciate its magic on the crinkly skin! 🥰
So…. Rach!! That velvet jumpsuit honestly looked glorious on your long model like body!! I mean this with no shade but I loved it so much more on you than your beautiful sister. Just wear it with some flats or white sneakers maybe?? Just a thought. You always look gorgeous xxx
I use the blush by putting it on the back of my hand and then using a brush and applying it to my cheeks. It works really well that way and I get more coverage then you got.
I *love* my Oakcha Sweven. I’m so glad you like it.
💦🐟🐦🧊💧🌧❄️🥶
It is raining & sleeting & dang cold! I swear my pond had rose up 3 feet since yesterday & in sure the fish are enjoying. Starting to flood everywhere.. so anyway, hi! 😁
Your floofy Brows bring me joy. Because my brows could never.
"In case you missed it, everyone in my house was sick.... EVERYONE" -- oh gosh, us too Rach. I feel your pain!!! Me, Hubs and our 2/1-2 & 4-1/2 yr old! INSANE....
It's the WORST 🙃🙃
@@RachhLoves Especially when the kids start to feel better but you still DO NOT feel good. My kids were bouncing off the walls. I'm glad y'all are better now! :)
Yaaayy! I've been so curious about Cider!!
Alt Fragrances also makes fragrances inspired by other perfumes. Would be curious to try them! There's so many perfumes I want to try but can't because they aren't cruelty free, so I'm all for dupes! 😅
What shirt do you have on? And what is the necklace? I love both! Totally my style! ❤ u Rachel!!!
For that crochet top: anything crochet is handmade as machines can't copy crocheting techniques like they can with knitting. So crochet items are just going to cost more.
I ALWAYS get ads for Cider so I'm glad you tested them and that I can skip it!
You have to try the merit cream blush with a brush application! I put some on back of my hand, pick up with a brush and it’s so much more pigmented and glowy
Where do you purchase your jeans? I have a constant length issue and I love the way you dress😊 need a long length
The blush balm looks so nice on camera. Not sure what it looks like in person (obviously 😂) but I think it looks so beautifully natural
Always love your videos!
When something is crochet properly, it will not come undone or break. It would only break if it was forcefully torn
The dog hair leggings look amazing. I look like I wash my clothes in dog fur.
I had no sound either but I cleared the video and then turned it back on and now it's working :)
Just an FYI, the $22 for that crochet top is actually not much. Crochet can not be duplicated by a machine, everything is hand stitched. I crochet and halters like that typically sell for $50-$60 at craft fairs. CIDER is severely underpaying skilled artisans.
But also though, it's not cute... haha
Crochet can not be done by machines. As a crocheter and knitter, I only purchase knit items from stores because those are able to be made by a machine. The cost of the items is no where near enough to pay for the labor.
Its tragic that people have to work in horrible conditions and make next to nothing for these products. My heart aches for them.
Could you do a tutorial on how you currently do your hair? So beautiful.
Could you do stamp brows?
I needed to pause the video to ask what nail polish are you wearing? It's gorgeous!! Ok, back to the video. Thank you!
You might be too young and wrinkle free to really be able to appreciate its magic on the crinkly skin! 🥰
So…. I wasn’t sure if I should trust your reviews cause I follow a lot of UA-camrs and some have unfortunately let me down but I went out and bought the Marshmallow primer that you said was amazing and I am literally obsessed and I’ve never loved any primer to be honest so now I will FOREVER trust you! Lol btw you’re a beautiful, funny, sweet soul and I love watching your videos ❤️
I'm so happy you love it too!!!! 🥰❤️
I just bought the Marshmallow primer because of Rachel, too! It's great stuff!
I got sweet addict from oakcha too and it smells terrible! I was so disappointed but I’m glad I’m not the only one who thought that.
** but apparently it does smell like Killian’s fragrance so it does a great job at imitating it.
“does it not come off normally?” ……… “no” 😂😂 hilarious
Super random but in the background when you were asking Chris to smell your perfume, I love you freaking light in the back ground where was it from !? hahaha. I love alllllllll your videos and I literally lost everything and make up collection which was honestly the most devastating But makeup is my lifeeeeeees so I’m veryyyyyy slowly trying get things back together but I noticed the light and was like dayummm. Thanks for making your videos, they honestly make me smile and make me forget about the hard things. Even if it’s for 15-20 min. So thank you ❤️
The oats over night is the ad that I’ve seen everywhere recently.
I've been seeing a lot of ads for this nail company featuring Paris Hilton called nail boo please would you add that to your list to try and make a video? I'm interested but I wanna see results on someone 1st before buying
Omg my dog sheds like CRAZY, and ive always wondered about the Halara leggings🤣
No 💤 tonight ! Woke ⬆️ too early so decided to watch 👓 you! 💙 your videos! I tried using blue emoji’s! Lol!
I am in Saudi Arabia and I don’t have I tiny thought to buy anything but i can’t skip any video you make .
💗💗💗💗💗💗
Have you ever reviewed the make up line Ilia? I like that they show models of all different ages using it, not just 20 year olds with dewy, fresh skin. I’m intrigued…🤔
