This company doesn’t have very good customer service. I ordered one and saw the pictures include 2 handles so when I received it and it had one handle, I contacted the company. They acknowledged that it was a mistake in the picture and updated the picture but all they would do to fix the issue was offer 25% off the extra handle which is effectively $5 off. Shipping and customs will cost more than they are offering. Sad about the service but hopefully the product will be good.

SHADOW26を愛用していますがCITADEL R3 良さそうですね。
SHADOWはTECK KITがかなりの小物しか入らないのと複数入れると膨らんで蓋のところに隙間が出来てしまい鞄自体が自立しないので中身が溢れてしまう事がしばしばありました。やはりクイックアクセスはあった方がいい(SHADOW26のフロント上部の無駄空間も使えるし)ですね。
因みにノートPC入れが内部と繋がっているのはどんなメリットがあるのでしょう？
