@3:55 KVA is rating for those equipment which supplies electrical energy. KW is for those which supplies mechanical/heat energy Power factor is indication of power loss. Lesser the PF, more the loss. PF of one is ideal. KW = KVA * PF
Your video very helpful for me I m a civil engineer but these days I m working in electrical engg n I will continue my job in electrical engineering..so thanku very much sir 👍👍👍
Very nice 👍like this type of videos interest in studies and different fields will remain constant and increasing, resulting literacy growth rate in our country. Once again thanku very much
Bade bhai bahut achhi jankari dee lekin kisi motor ya electrical equipment ko.voltage supply karte hai current nahi kyoki current to vo equipment apne resisitive ya inductive load ke hisaab se draw karega jiska formula V=IR so I=Voltage /Resistance aur resistance vary karega appliances ke hisaab se koi 100watt koi 1000watt ya koi 1HP koi 1/2 HP in sabko voltage same hogi wattage ke hisaab se current legi yani current nahin voltage dete hai

Sir transformer aur motor dono ki windings me jo material use hota hai uska kuch na kuch power facter hota hai to phir t/f ke case me rating kVA me kyon ??
Good try, but not enough. Let add some. Transformers also have losses, but the main difference is, kva is the combined effort of voltage and current also not have angle.. But in KW , V&I have angle.. Also ACB, VCB not in KVA, but it is in only KA depends on fault level..
As always great video. I have a suggestion that if you can start a series based upon the tests we perform on equipments like C.T, C.V.T, C.B & Isolator.

There is another approach,For diesel generators, The rating is in KVA bacuse large amount of variable load. If a generator is rated at 3 KVA,Gives 240v single phase,Then 3*0.8=2400Watts So you can give 10Amps load ideally but it's not recommended to give maximum load.

Right, In prior video he told, kwxkvar=kva,
In this video, he is telling, kwxpf=kva
That means: kvar=pf, right?
