Session summary-
The cell wall of bacteria is made of peptidoglycan ( nag + nam ). The cytoplasm has enzymes for all activities.
No nuclear membrane.
The plasma membrane has infoldings called mesosomes that help in
Respiration
Dna replication
Increasing the surface area
Increasing the enzymatic content
In prokaryotes the ribosomes are of 70 s type made of two subunits 50 s and 30 s where s stands for swedbergs constant or sedimentation coefficient.
Plasmids or genophore is extensively used in genetic engineering.
Pili and fimbriae help in attachment of bacteria to surfaces such as rocks.....
Bacteria can be gram + ve Or gram - ve.
Gram positive take up the crystal violet but the latter do not.
Arman M thanks
Thanks 😊
Very well concution
Thanks bro🤠🔥
Allah apko acchi sehaaat ke sath aek lammmbi jewaan atta Karay, u r the one of the best Teacher, too simple method
Wonderful video. You explained the concepts clearly. Thank you very much!
Respected Ma'am, it's a humble request please upload a separate video on -"Difference between Gram +ve and Gram -ve bacteria "as soon as possible....
it is given in detail in Biological classification
Gram + is it remains in same color after adding cristal violet color and gram - is change it colour and became tranpa6

Very nice explanation. Thanks for giving such a nice lecture to us
YR LIKE A GIFT OF GOD TO US. MAM, PLEASE COMPLETE 11TH CLASS CHAPTERS AS SOON AS POSIBLE . THAK U.
mam in prokaryotic cell how ribosomes form protein while endoplasmic reticulum is not presene
thank you maam...God bless you
Mam.. It's given in ncert that the plasma memb interact with outside world.... How ❓❓ it's the inner layer right
great service for mankind.
Thank you madam i am very poor in botany studies I am from Andhra Pradesh continuing BSC BZC your video is very helpful to me thank you
Mam your vedio is really beneficial for study....thank u so much....can you please put some vedios on other topics like nutrition , environmental science
your videos are very helpful madam.thank you for your teaching.................
Just brilliant...outstanding🙏
Ma'am you are Best teacher on UA-cam 🙂. Only your lectures make me understand ncert. Thank you ma'am

Thank u mam...your teaching method is very good and easily understandable...
I am big fan of your lecture mam .I always following your videos
MAAM PLS UPLOAD ANATOMY OF FLOWEING PLANTS . I AM HAVING LOT OF PROBLEMS IN IT . HOPE U RESPOND AND THANK U SO MUCH
You are doing great work
Really mam you are the queen of biology
Awesome thanks mam
Is it possible , flagella less bacteria???
Plz give answer mam, its my problem.m
Very effective teaching classes madam u are great....
amazing teaching mam thank you so much

wht i say abt ur teaching ur way is to gud it really help me alot thnku soo much mam
thank you so much..
Mam also upload eukaryotic cell also plz
mam what is diffrence between plasma membran and cell membran
both are same
Can someone please clear the difference between prokaryotic and eukaryotic cell membranes?
Mam ,, lipoprotein layer is present outside of the capsule or inside the capsule?? Please clear I'm confused
mam what if glycocalyx and lipoprotein both are present outside the peptidoglycan
Wow very gud explanation mam
Mam are plasmids only found in gram +ve bacteria?
Mam you are better than all my lectures
Good evening mam 🙏,your teaching is awesome

Thanx for this!❤️
does a negative strain bacteria after transduction becomes positive strain
Mam difference between slime layer and capsule
Capsules and slime layers. Many bacterial cells secrete some extracellular material in the form of a capsule or a slime layer. A slime layer is loosely associated with the bacterium and can be easily washed off, whereas a capsule is attached tightly to the bacterium and has definite boundaries

lipoprotein layer is inside or outside the capsule?
thank u so much ma'am
very nice video ... thank you ma'am
Mam bio ke liye aap konse book refer krte ho. .....plz tell
It is very useful for understand the proper knowledge and Funda by watching your videos....I hope that you will make more and more videos on UA-cam..... thanku mam😊😊
Thanks mam wonderfull videos all chapters
Thankuuu soo much mam
Your lectures are very interesting and knowledgeable....... God bless you mam
Thank you mam.
Madam, mesosomes are absent in eukaruotic, what meaning....
good explanation.... stay blessed mam..
Thank you madam
very much thank u mam
i like the way of teaching
other than ncert which biology we should refer....mam pl reply
Mam ek doubt hai please clear kariye. Mam gram negative bacteria me outermost layer lipoprotein hoti hai to it means inme glycocalyx absent hoti hai??
Beta ye cell wall ka part hai...Outermost layer of cell wall ...glycocalyx is over cell wall...
Amazing video mam!
thank you mam
mam what is the diff b/w fimbriae and pili?
pilli is also called as fimbriae...
Pilli is bigger in size than fimbriae
Can you give another name of plasma member ? I think you mixing various topic like gentic recombination ,staining, firstly you forget telling example of prokaryotic cell
Cell membrane or unit membrane or plasmalemma are thre various terms used for plasma membrane and one more thing the examples of prokaryotic cell are bacteria.
very nice

Thanking you so much madam
Marvelous
Maam please make a video on chapter-sexual reproduction in flowering plants
Mave Rick for sexual reproduction in flowering plant visit another UA-cam channel "Biomentors classes online " . Lectures are superb .
If I helped you , so please reply....
Nice explanation mam
Tq ma'am
Thnx mam, your lectures are so helpful
Mam please make a video on Animal Kingdom
thank you mam..you are best teacher ever for me
Mam thank u very much for giving a clear information and explaination about prokaryotic cell
Thank you sooo much maam....
Ma'am please camera ko board k thora nazdeeq karen,
Thanks.
The maximum we could do to repay your favour is by not skipping the ads.
thanks mam
you are my favourite biology teacher
mam please make less parts of the chapters mean to say u should complete a chapter in at least 13 - 15 parts .....
What is mean by desigation
Mam what is meaning of substratum?
nikita udgave it is a support that attach the oganism ...like in sponges
support

Mam u r great
Thank u soooo much mam
What is plasmid dna? Ma'am plz reply
A plasmid is a small DNA molecule within a cell that is physically separated from chromosomal DNA and can replicate independently
