Hayward Oils have some great oils that match the original perfumes. Unfortunately, they constantly try to get cheaper and cheaper products until the oil they're offering smells nothing like the real perfume. When you contact the company to complain, the first thing they will tell you is , "Nobody else is complaining." You will have to pay shipping charges again to mail it back. I have received the following oils that used to smell wonderful, but currently smell NOTHING like what you previously ordered, Creed Green Irish Tweed, Victoria Secret's Sexy Little Things Noir Tease, Amber White, Tom Ford's Ombre Leather, B&BW's In the Stars, Polo Red Intense, and a couple more that I'm forgetting. Their prices have almost doubled, yet their quality has plummeted. Again, when you voice your complaint, they immediately act like you and all your customers are wrong. Very, very greedy and shady company. Don't say you weren't warned.
I just ordered some fragrance oils from them spent nice sum of $$$ and the oils are not the same as in the past in fact they all smell like trash , the fragrance colors are not the same as in the past the scents were horrible they have all gone into the trash !
My God , hard to understand that.. I bought from them over 60 fragrances 8 years ago just opened my box full of fragrances to select some to wear and to check if within time if they gone bad. I have to say they are the most identical oils i ever bough and also have the lucretias body oils and bought 9 years ago all are amazing but it cost to much custom fees to UK but I got to many to last years as it have. Wearing their Bond n.9 it stays for over to 2 days in my clothes doesn't go away not of the fragrances. Sorry to hear they changed
@@unknownroyalTV no their oils are not the same anymore idk what happened I’ve also bought some years in the past that smelt awesome back then but when I ordered recently , recieved my order 2-weeks ago every last one the oils tht I ordered now compared to the same I ordered in the past all smell bad ,different abd does not last and they are a different color smh they smell like a cheap substance idk can’t really describe that is how bad they are . They have nerve to have increased the price on them no way I will never ever order from them ever again ! What a loss on my behalf
