Thank you for the update on Olivia. I’m glad to see that the problem w/ Percy wasn’t Olivia’s driving. 😮 It was a separation issue. Good thing this happened now b4 you have to deal w/ snow in the car. I loved the choice of throughout this vlog.
Cheryl you are younger than me and I had to take 2 years of Algebra, Geometry, Calculus and Trigonometry in high school to graduate in Virginia. I just turned 58. I went to college right out of high school and so did my sister and brother and all 3 of my children. All of us knew what we wanted to do with our life in high school. My entire graduating class in high school went to college. We had a 100% acceptance rate to 4 year colleges in our class. My husband did not go to college. He went to work right after high school. He was actually the first one in his family to graduate from high school. Both of his sisters and his parents quit school. I’m so glad that Olivia is doing so well in school and enjoying it. Percy, Oliver and Beau are so stinking cute.
You're not that much older than me. ;) But, it's funny how different school systems are. And, now that I think about it, I think the reason I avoided doing math is because I wasn't "college bound". When I was in school you had to declare, as a Freshman, whether you were college bound or not. That would determine the required classes. I had such a low self confidence with math that I was scared to try, so I declared that I was not college bound to avoid doing the higher math. And, honestly, at the time I hated school so much that the thought of going for 4 more years after high school was NOT something I wanted to do.
I homeschooled all 4 of kids. I was not a math person. One of my daughter's is a math genius. She loves math. She is now a math tutor 😊 Seeing your fur babies makes me wish my baby was still here. I had to say goodbye to him last week. His little heart was in failure. He was getting worse every day. So i had to make the decision to not let him suffer anymore. I miss him so much. He was just a little 8lb chihuahua who had a might attitude 😊. We had to fence him from where our cats litter box is because he used to get into the litter box😅. We used the little rabbit fencing and big work out weights to hold from him pushing it. He was naughty. I would give anything to have him back with us. Our home is empty without him.
I am so jealous of people who are good at math! LOL Homeschooling was great wasn't it? I really miss it. I'm so sorry to hear about the loss of your fur baby! ((hugs)) It is such a difficult thing, especially when you have to make the hard choice. I certainly have empathy for what you are going through.
We crated our dogs until they were dependable to be left out. I still crate Percy at night, but it's so nice that we don't have to crate him during the day any more. He hated it so much and was so destructive to his blanket or crate mat. I think because he was angry to be locked up. LOL He's such a brat! LOL
Glad to hear about Olivia! So proud of percy!
Thank you! Yes, Percy is doing so good! He's such a stinker, but I think he's FINALLY starting to grow up! LOL
