Sending prayers for Olivia. 🙏🏻🙏🏻 I’m so sorry that she had to deal with yet another kidney stone. I’m happy to hear that your cats are safe!! What a wild few days you have had!!
I live on the VA/NC line and we were hit by 2 tornadoes back to back Friday along with flash floods Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday. We also had additional tornadoes around us Sunday. We were fortunate to only have downed trees and no power, but we have family in Georgia and Tennessee that were in the direct path. But they are safe, praise the Lord.
Wow! What a day. The pumpkin patch looks a great place to visit and buy things. The aftermath of the hurricane has been horrific. There is so much to comprehend. Sorry about your poor chook. Glad things got sorted with your neighbour
Yes....that was a pretty horrible week. The people affected by the hurricane are still suffering. And there's another one that's going to hit landfall tomorrow in Florida!
We do have some stone breaker gummies that she's been eating every day. We also have some of tghe chanka piedra teabags, but I don't know if she's drank any of it or not.
As always enjoyed spending time with you. You commented that you want to do something for people affected by the storm just keep us in your prayers I live in upstate SC and I am counting all my blessings even without power as of this vlog. But the Lord is so good. Praying for Olivia glad she is feeling better See you next time
I am so sorry you are still out of power! I didn't realize that South Carolina had been affected as well! I have been praying for the people affected daily. I will add you to the list. Let me know when your power is restored!
Prayers for Olivia,we hurt when our children hurt. So sorry for her. We have some children with health problems from time to time. So sorry for the loss of your chickens also. We are planning on a trip to an apple orchard this weekend. Glad you got to go. Times are so stressful we have to look to God and trust in Him for our strength. Hope you can get some rest and enjoy your day. God bless you Cheryl you are a sweet UA-cam friend.
Thank you so much Rosanna! I regard you as a friend as well. I agree, we need to take time to do fun things, even though it seems the world is turning upside down.
She bought another water bottle to take with her to school that holds more water so hopefully she can drink more. She could have refilled her other bottle at school, but she said she doesn't like the taste of the schools water. It's probably chlorinated.
LOL Thank you. Yeah, usually I think my videos might strike people as boring, but this one certainly wasn't. All is well now though. The dog issue has been sorted.

With Olivia, if you are on well water it could be your water. Scott could probably get a list of nephrologists from his insurance that are within several states from you. I don’t understand why they won’t crush her stones for her and put a stent in for her. I only had the one attack and they scheduled my surgery within a week to crush all of my stones and put in a stent if I needed one ( which I didn’t).
I am so sorry! Tornadoes are so scary! I'm thankful that your property wasn't damaged more than it was. We are on well water, but we have a reverse osmosis water filtration system and she only drinks the RO water. They didn't do any procedure on her because they said the stones are small enough for her to pass on her own. We have a doctor appointment on the 15th with our PCP and he is supposed to help us find a nephrologist that is within the network. And to give us a referral.
Yes, it was unfortunate. We've spoken to the owner and he was very apologetic. Hopefully it won't happen again. I'm just glad it wasn't my laying hens. That's why they are penned up. To protect them from predators.
Ohhhh Cheryl please tell Olivia I’m thinking about her I can definitely relate!!! 😢 I’m so glad your kitties are ok🙏 can Scott go over & talk to the neighbor and tell them what happened? Or do you have an animal control officer (dog warden) you can call?
Yes, Scott talked to the owner. It's been sorted (hopefully). The owner was very apologetic. We want to keep a good relationship, so we aren't going to make a huge issue out of it. Sometimes these things happen. It's unfortunate, but it's the reality of living rural.
UPDATE: The dog situation has been sorted. The owner has been spoken to. Hopefully nothing like this happens again.

Thank you so much! Yes it was wild! There are some forms of excitement I can do without! LOL

Aww, poor Olivia. Have you tried the stone breaker tea? Chanka Piedra?

Yes, the flood damage is so heartbreaking. I think it's a lot worse than we see in media. There are parts that are not accessible.

You're right! It seems like there is always something!
Yes, I have difficulty hydrating when I am not at home...

I’m so sorry about your chickens. Loved you Bath and Body Works haul. I bought many of the same scents

There is a lot to comment on w/ this vlog. The apple place looks fun we went and picked up apples also yesterday.
It was fun.
Thank Goodness the cats are okay 😊
Yep! I agree.
Oh no! Your chicken! I'd be furious! We lose chicks from foxes and it's sad, but that's from living in the woods. But a neighbor's dog, ugh!!!
