Change the cylinder,carb,manifold to the Supra powerup's specs. Manage to find a shogun's non cat exhaust.
I have tried to only the possible factory made modifications. So if you are not capable of getting hold of them try and find a good one who does the job

1. If you want to update the perfomance as per company's standards the i guess you can I stall parts from a Supra powerup which will give a few extra horses. But finding parts for it will be a headache nowadays as the blackmarket prices are really hyped nowadays.
Another possible way is to take another cylinder kit and approach a tuning center. With the right calculation according to your needs you could port your bike. The skill and knowledge usually matters in this case. While doing a porting make sure to change the assorted parts as well like the carb, exhaust, manifolds etc. according to the modifications.
2. Regarding price and availability i guess it can't be predicted. The price of parts are not steady it's highly hyped nowadays.

Not exactly. But there will be a bump on the perfomance. The gear ratios are different for samurai and Supra powerup. For example the rear sprocket has 41 teeth for samurai and for Supra powerup it's 43. Also the gear ratio of 1st and 2nd gear is different.
The comes the exhaust part for samurai the exhaust bend is having a smaller dia and for Supra powerup it's bigger when compared to a samurai.

1. Supra and Supra powerup had different blocks. Because they are having different port sizes. No the powerup blocka and the shogun's block are entirely different. Just pointing out a difference, check the reed valves. Shogun is having a conical shaped reed whereas supra is having a 3 petal reed valve as shown in the video.(flat shaped)
2. I don't have any info regarding the international models. There were blocks of ax series (globally) which look like the supra's one. Don't have much info to help you out.
