- How do you get to Vienna from Bratislava? What is the best way to travel to Vienna?
In this video, I travel on the River Danube from Bratislava, Slovakia to Vienna, Austria on the Twin City Liner hydrofoil ferry. The journey takes 90 minutes and takes you to the heart of the city.
After a full day looking at the Mozart Statue, Prater Theme Park and Schloss Schonbrunn - all from the comfort of the Big Bus Tour.
Very excellent journey Boss
How convenient. Thank you for this clever idea. Anything that doesn’t involve driving or flying.
Really appreciate useful information I wanna travel 14 September 2024 by ship thanks
Nice travel related ferry & train information with fare. Danube river view coverage is impressive. Thanks for the nice presentation.
Doing it on Monday, but in the opposite direction. Thanks for posting your wonderful video.
Thanks - I appreciate your comment! There are some great bars in Bratislava!
Thanks for the informative video, we are planning to go Next month, not sure when if the boat to Vienna will be running then. Cheers from Cyprus via Wales 😊
Very practical 😊
Glad you think so!
Thanks for your comment - and apologies for the delay in replying! It was well worth a trip!
Very nice, if you are a local from Bratislava, please do a video on the Bratislava attractions. I had been to Vienna, Salzburg this summer, but missed Bratislava and Hungary day trips. Cheers 😀
Great suggestion!
Thanks for your comment - and apologies for the delay in replying! There is another video up now!
We’re staying in vienna and looking at going to Bratislava for a day. On a Sunday it appears it’s a bus however not sure where it terminates in Bratislava
Thanks for a useful video. how easy is it to get to the boat terminal from the city of Bratislava? I'll be making the same trip but staying in Vienna and will be travelling from Vienna
The boat terminal is in the city centre. 5-10 minutes walking to the Main Square of Bratislava.
Hello i have a question! Is it better to book the tickets online or buy them at the station? Either way, how can i find cheap tickets? Cause now that i’m looking they cost around 30€ :((
Hi there! I don't think there's a price difference! We booked ours in advance!
Maybe i missunderstood but this 3:19 is NOT the Danube Canal 3:39 Thats the Danube Canal!
the bus in vienna is a scam. for 17 euros you get a 3-day ticket for the public transportation. And thats one of the best in europe.
