A B ke ghar mein jakar uski bike me tod fod karta hai matlab offence of Mischief karta hai or wo sab CCTV camera mein record bhi ho jata hai... bi apni bike ko mechanic ke pass Le jata hai aur mechanic usse 3000rs ka karcha btata hai
B A ke pass jata hai aur usse Kahta Hai ki 3000rs mechanic ko pay karde warna mai FIR/case kardunga woh kuch extra nahi demand karta.
Toh kya woh abhi bhi offence hoga extortion ka??

386 main extortion with fear of grievous hurt or death hai (fear grievous hurt ya death ka hai , yeh jyada serious injuries hain tou punishment jyada hai 386 main)
