The main examples people think of are: Dazai, Fyodor, Mori, Nikolai, and Ranpo. after noticing those five, i got curious about the other major characters and i came across the fact that: Chuuya, Akutagawa, Fukuzawa, Atsushi, Yosano, Tanizaki, Tachihara, Kouyou, Kyoka, Lucy, Kenji, and Kunikida are all also named after past writers etc.I have yet to search up the rest of the cast, but i shall update this when im done lol Edit: The characters that have siblings (aku, tanizaki), their siblings arent writers or what not, but instead are references to a characters in one of their writing works :)
