People complain about the gloves but have never worked in a kitchen, lol. From what I remember, it was more sanitary NOT to use gloves. Instead, we washed our hands every 30 mins like clockwork. Not great for the hands, but we never had food safety incidents l.
That's one of my all time favorite breakfast sandwiches, believe it or not. My dad loves it too, he also loves Wendy's the breakfast fries, they are very seasoned and nice and thin and crispy, they are so delish!
