I don’t think its that unusual for Jennie to move up to the senior level. Kim, Shannon, Kerri, Dominique, all did.

Jennie looks 6! She was too young still to try and compete at this level
What happened to her? I never heard of her afterwards
@@unknown-lf6zx she was a very gifted gymnast and was at ‘96 Olympic Trials, obviously didn’t make that team, she was kept out of competition by a lot of bad injuries, made a comeback in ‘98-‘99 but again was badly injured before Sydney. She did win 1999 Visa American cup though. Some think her body didn’t get a chance to develop before pushing it for elite gymnastics.
