- Mayor John Whitmire, Acting Chief of Police Larry Satterwhite and HPD Homicide detective Stephen Hope update the media on the investigation into deceased 12-year-old Jocelyn Nungaray, who was found in a creek at 400 West Rankin Road on Monday, June 17th.
Two suspects, Johan Jose Martinez-Rangel, 22, and Franklin Peña, 26, have been arrested and charged with Capital Murder.

There was no 13 yr. old boyfriend there with her he wasn't there he was on the phone with her...Jocelyn was "alone" except her killers and running around at midnight..
