I have used this on a 2005 Matrix and couldn't find the actuation tests and some other tests said 'not supported'. I wonder if I had the same issue with the setup with the Euopean interface and didn't notice. I will go back and see if that's what happened, select the USA version and try again. Thanks for pointing that out!

Yes it should read transmission fluid temperature.
I couldn't find any info regarding live temperature data in the item description on Amazon.
Many scanners only take a snapshot of fluid temp, but live data temp is required to accurately check the transmission fluid level in Toyota "sealed" systems, so I need to know whether this Launch has that capability before purchasing.

Can it still work without the wifi just in case you're not home where wifi not available?
The wifi is to connect for updates and software. I actually was connected to the vehicle went and drove the vehicle while scoping wheel speed sensors and recording it. So yes it works without the wifi. Thanks for watching
