Just because small people get sick too doesnt mean you should use that as en excuse to eat the way you do. You should be lowering your risk regardless. I don't know about everyone else, but I just like seeing people eat. If you made healthy food mukbangs, I would still watch.
sometimes doctors can’t do anything about people being overweight because you have an addiction and you need to go talk to a psychologist to talk about where your problem started to motivate you to want to loose weight. No one is just that big and eats normal she has a problem that we don’t see behind closed doors your going to be at serious risk in a couple years if you keep it up!

First of all she didn't say her doctor said that her weight was healthy. She said that her doctor gave her positive review which probably means she's making the progress her and her doctor plan. If you are going to make an effort to come on someone else's page to tell them what they know already DON'T. She got herself she don't need you period. If your opinion wasn't asked don't give it.

If your stomach can hold that much food then something's wrong, and just because you have a large amount of food in a mukbang doesn't mean you have to finish it, people don't always finish all the food..

@@judyfradger3339 yeah but you don't ignore it. They put you on medication for hb pressure. But she trained herself to give all kinds of excuses about being fat except doing the work to lose weight. She thinks eating salads is the only food she has to eat to lose weight and that's not true! So she turns her own self off about eating healthy. It's sad to watch how she do that.
The Doctor said good job because there's nothing more to say that you don't already know. Come on, you know you too heavy. The Doctor doesn't have to keep reminding you. If you cant stand for long, if you can't walk a distant without huffing and puffing or can't sit in a chair comfortable ECT. Your too heavy. You may not eat a lot but what you eat is not the right food or too much. Your diet should consist of 1200 cal per day...and 400 per meal totalling 1200. What your eating there is easy over 1800 calories and I'm sure your not finish for the evening. Loose it now or it will make you cry later in age.

I am so happy you got a good report but Prissy please get back on track with your weight loss journey. You were doing so well. You are young but the older you get your weight will impact your health. Please don’t make excuses. I know it’s hard. I was fifty pounds over weight and lost the weight. I feel soooooo much better. My husband do thirty years encouraged me to change my lifestyle and I am so glad he did. God bless you.

I think she's lying about the doctor. No way in the world a doctor didn't approach her about weight loss at that size. Big people underestimate how much they eat all the time because they are victims of disordered eating. If they kept a real food diary, and compared it to a person of healthy weight, it would not be less or even the same.

It's your choice. Not judgeing. There is no way a doctor said everything ok. I worked in a CVICU in the heart unit. Not being funny. But they would put them on a 💓 healthy or low carb. I never heard of a person that is over weight was healthy. High Blood pressure can hit any one true. But why put yourself in more danger. Prayers go out to you both.

Right chic, most of my family are smaller people, I'm always the big gurl in the family but I'm now finding out that some of my smaller family members have more health problems than me and I was like what, I had a family member tell me that I'll never lose the weight and I'll die before I'm 38. High blood pressure is common in African Americans but just because it’s in the family doesn’t mean you have to get it. There’s ways to prevent that but these high salted/sugary foods eaten frequently will not help the situation. Don’t get health issues trying to do things for subscribers. Basically watch your salt and sugar intake. You can eat little but it still can have a high sodium rate

These doctors also need to stop comparing the frame and stature of black Americans are the same ad white Americans. People think just because you're big u can eat a lot. For the past few years, I have been dealing with high blood pressure. Mines is from hereditary and stress. I have loss both of my parents, a brother, and most recently my oldest sister died unexpectedly October of 2017. It’s like I’m trying my best to do right, but something is holding me back.
