2)piped gas is available for every unit of every tower.
3)The possession date for Phase 1 as per RERA is Jan 2029(Management is verbally communicating to everyone that it will handover by SEP 2028) Always trust what is communicated in the agreement.
4)Godrej Properties is a well known developer in Bangalore, and looking at there past projects they have not delayed any.
5)price of 3BHK starts from 1.4cr onwards.

1) What all will be disadvantages of project not within the BBMP limit?
2) How the traffic management will be post 3-4 years in the vicinity towards KR Pura as mostly full stretch is with lots of residential development.
1)The disadvantages of a project not within the Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) limits includes:
~ lack of proper infrastructure such as roads, water supply, sewage systems, and electricity. The development in these areas may not be as fast or timely as within BBMP limits.
~Social Amenities like parks, recreational areas, shopping malls, and entertainment spaces might be less or of low quality compared to those within BBMP limits.
There are a lot more disadvantages like lower appreciation rates,uncertainties regarding future urban planning etc.(Depends on various factors)
2)Budigere to Bagalur road widening has already been started which will help commuters to have a smooth drive to the airport in 30mins and by 3 to 4 years from now you can see wide roads and also metro purple line expansion has been declared till Hoskote ,but the work has not yet started
Secondly, about Godrej woodscapes to kr Puram, KR Puram-Kolar route to be widened from 4-lane to 6-lane
