素敵！人参の鮮やかな色が食欲をそそりますね。ケーキも作ってみたいのだけど、オーブン持ってなくて😢オーブントースターで何とかならないでしょうか？😂
栄養があって安い人参はいつも冷蔵庫にあります。これは簡単で副菜に丁度良いですね。キャロットケーキも美味しそうでいつか作りたいです

For a long time carrot cake was really popular in cafes in New Zealand, I think there a trends with food. The slices (from a tall round cake) were huge! There were variations; some had walnuts, others pistachios, always a drop of vanilla essence, and often a little nutmeg. Then it was topped, thickly, with cream cheese icing and dried fruit. Totally over the top, much too sweet, but the kids could share a slice as a treat. Times change, my grandkids prefer shortbread or a friand 😂

私も一人暮らしなので、ご飯は炊いて一食分づつラップして冷凍してます。
時折、人参一本微塵切りして😅（３合）炊いてます。
お弁当でプチトマトや赤が足りない時には😅誤魔化せます😁✌️
最近私は、ニンジンを輪切りに切って塩胡椒してオリーブオイルで焼くだけ。とても美味しいですね🌿

まだ三男が4月から高校3年なのでまだ扶養義務があるので、来年卒業してからです。
こんばんわ。私は最近ニンジンドレッシングにはまってます。
人参すりおろし、玉ねぎすりおろし、りんご少し、お酢、砂糖、塩、にんにく、ごまであるだけ。作り置きして、サラダにかけてます。
後はにんじんのチヂミ。ニラとも相性抜群です。
後キャベツとにんじんのコールスロー
沢山食べて、健康でいましょうね。
すみません、ドレッシングにはオリーブオイル足してね、後お醤油少し。お酢の変わりに、りんご酢でもok

小さいときは、カレーニンジンのけて、たべてました。好き嫌い多くて😂
でも今は、彩りに、ポテトサラダや、筑前煮など、いれて、たべるように。ニンジンの、千切りメチャ綺麗に切りますね😊
