I think he meant through out the whole sparring. Jarvis took a lot of shots to the head. That’s why he took it light and just used one hand.

For Jarvis posting a video of him getting THE WORK in and only winning one shows that he’s boxing because he genuinely loves the sport instead of doing it for his ego. It takes a man to admit when he looses. But for him to post it shows a lot of honor and dedication.

when i was in the army, we did something like this called the beatdown. difference is you fought three 3-minute rounds with 3 different fighters and only a 20-second break between rounds. the guys you were sparring fought hard as they knew they only had to go 1 round. it's sort of a right of passage to get onto the team; a brutal initiation. big up to jarvis for toughing it out.

Jarvis actually has potential, in the UA-cam scene of course. Not ready quite yet for the bigger league if he aims for that.

Probably the best way to spar during training right here. you’ll get better faster, when you’re in a fight and you’re both tired YOURE already used to fighting tired. And this will help your boxing stamina forsure.

4:00 this guy abit easier but if he had a break from the other more elite fighters he would’ve had a better spar and I guess he does train technical and light sparring w them all anyway
