    OMG these look delicious. I'm terrified to make croissants for fear of failure, but these look fairly easy.

    You can tell by the inside that none honeycomb is underproofed uneven laminated doughy croissant 😜

    We are huge fans of him as well as you it's funny because this morning when I seen the notification I told my daughter oh my gosh look he's on her Channel she's my friend I said well she's not really my friend but I pretend like she is LOL

    Can you make croissant in a day? When I went to a class, we laminate the dough, refrigerate over night then do lamination second time until we proof it on the third day… I saw you & kristoff made it in just a day, overnight for proofing for 1-2 hours in the oven then bake it… please confirm
