CRJ is a nice aircraft. I ride it sometimes with Lufthansa Regional from Copenhagen to german cities. If you have very good luck Andrew, you will be riding on one of Delta's DC-9 before they are taken out of service very soon.
tht was the casino and i live colse to the airport so i get to see the landing gear go down every morningbut b 4 tht i wake up and hear the sound of southwest arlines engines which is my favorite part
When you landed in St. Louis, I think you asked about Times Beach? That was a town in Southwestern St. Louis County near Eureka along the Meramec River that was evacuated decades ago due to toxic contamination. The area is now Route 66 State Park. I'm not sure if that's what you were referring to.
@@DieselDucy It that a Bombardier CRJ-200 on a Delta Connection airplane with 2 GE CF34-3B1 engines during takeoff while Lindsay Kavulish is filming on December 4, 2008 (Season 26 Holiday Shopping Week)?
I’ve once flown on an Embraer E175 on Delta in June 2023 from Boston MA to NYC-LGA. I nearly confused Delta’s Embraer and Bombardier regional jets in August 2023 till looking up more about them.
I have thrice been on Delta’s Bombardier CRJ900 fleet, once on a flight from NYC-LGA to Nantucket MA in August 2020, and once each way between NYC-LGA and Charolette Douglass Airport in August 2023.
I flew through Detroit on Delta out and back from Philadelphia. And speaking of your second flight as I saw your were on a CRJ-200, I did see a flight from DTW-STL on a Boeing 717. Luckily I got to fly one on those from DTW-PHL. That train was awesome as well!
You need to come to New York City, we have so many great highrise elevators, you would be in elevator heaven, oh and bring TJ too, he would love the hotels.
The loudest motors I’ve heard of jet engines was on the Bombardier CRJ900s on Delta, and the most ambient I’ve heard of jet engines was on the Boeing B737s on United.
The airport over here where I live in McKinleyville,California is not really busy like big city airports but it is still nice maybe you should come here there are a alot of nice otis, lodestar ,and dover elevators.
Spotted at 23:13, once I started hearing your voice, that was when I was about to set down my coffee. You can see me at 23:18. I bought myself a breakfast sandwich at a small restaurant at the airport. My voice is heard at 23:22 and I am seen also at 23:51.
looked alot like detroits airport as they had red PM's from northwest delta pilots coming into stl has too much speed and plopped it bad piloting and that casino off the musorri has otis luxury fixtures at least for the parking garages awsome video i love the road trip videos need to make a comilaton when i get back on the truck where we stop and such
So you drove all the way to Greensboro, North Carolina, flew to Detroit, connected to St. Louis, and then drove the rest of the way to Jefferson City. This must have been a long day!
This was before Delta Airlines had the TV’s and the safety presentation was on a video also as of 2024 that Detroit Airport part is the Delta terminal as of today gate 12 out of San Jose ca has an everyday nonstop flight to Atlanta in which the Marriott atlanta marquis is only like 5 minutes north from hartsfield jackson airport

@Streetcar1743 yes he knows how make a good impression. following his interest in elevators (and other forms of transport) is fun. such a long line; eventually they will get through. said line might be one mile long! large bridges are more interesting. i enjoy flying.
I know very well what the difference is between a 747 and a 737/777. I'm pretty sure I was commenting on a plane that was seen in the background. By the way, his flight out of Detroit had rear-mounted engines, making it obviously not a Boeing plane- it's probably a CRJ-200. They would also never operate a 777 on a flight that short.
Ikr, it's hard to walk in the plane knowing that the Pilot can make one wrong move, and all the people on board are hurt or gone. It's hard to hand over your life in the Pilot's hand.
I like new public transport solutions, bytheway is the tram auto driven or is it someone driving it. (this is completely new for me, not trams but trams in airports)

Cable-driven people mover at 11:18, built by POMA. I think POMA also built the people mover at MSP, though that one's different for running on rails

I flew Delta Connection Bombardier when I connected from Knoxville to Boise Idaho on our first plane to Minneapolis St Paul. They ride quite nicely.
Awesome.

Regional Jets I’ve been on the most are the Embraer E190s on JetBlue. JetBlue apparently flies Airbus and Embraer, but not Boeing.

Their airport is surprisingly nice.

14:12 The famous voice of Carolyn Hopkins!
@dieselducy Oh Okay. Thanks! I I really thought the Step-mat doors at Triad were kinda futuristic looking and cool! I am glad you showed those.
This was my first meet up with you. Back when I had my old account. At 20:27 is an abandoned area or something but it looks more like Berkeley.
@nirtrainman that is a crj. i do not know which one but the cockpit displays are not dc 9
So, on the second flight (Detroit to St. Louis) you rode on delta connection which is ether a CRJ-200 or 100
It was on a CRJ 200
Come back to Vermont sometime...i.e. the Burlington area. We have cool elevators too! And you can film them with me :D
i love the take off noise the engines the flaps every thing

Ah it's so typical to see those long lines in the jetway for crj aircraft. The overhead bins are so small everyone had to gate check
I know lol
there is a dover elevator in the america airport.Did you forget it?

@Romerjon17 Yeah, most automatic doors are activated by a sensor here in America. The mat doors are older and less common.
I love the way about flying. How you get up to go to your flight.
