  • Here I show my way version of how to make perfect burnt ends every time. This Kansas City style burnt ends recipe has won me some high marks in competition burnt ends categories, and happens to be my favorite bbq item to eat. BBQ burnt ends should come from the point of a brisket and always taste best when cooked on an offset smoker. Thanks for watching.
