To me it means that you try telling people about-whatever you’re trying to say- and you aren’t heard, no one’s listening. It makes you more anxious, “making my [your] skin crawl,” because there’s [seemingly] no way out of this place you put yourself in without having your phone/being able to get other people to help you. Again, just a thought. Any other ideas?

Not all anxiety is about talking to people. Social anxiety is very common but not the only kind. Somebody with anxiety might be able to talk to people but they have other triggers
In the moment when I am anxious I can’t form sentences and sometimes I’m completely nonverbal but after one I am calm I can talk about my anxiety and how I felt with relative ease

I never knew I had anxiety until I was diagnosed When I was 11. I have had very bad panic attacks and this helped me
It made me cry but then it taught me to try to be relaxed and instead of having a panic attack every 2 weeks or less or more than that as panic attacks aren’t on a certain schedule
I’m proud to say I lasted 3 months without one
I may or may not have had one yesterday but that’s beyond the point

Classroom: There's 20-30 or even 40 kids depending on how big on a room, it feels like everyone's staring and judging, and there's this stress of feeling like you stand out in a bad way.
Bedroom: personally I spend a ton of time in my room, so I know it well. I know every place someone/ something could hide to stike while I sleep.
