There is more nuance to listing the PKK as a terrorist organisation than is shown. While the PKK is overwhelmingly listed as such by national governments (especially those allied with Turkey), the PKK has also won a number of court battles showing it is not. Despite this, the EU has always found a way to weasel its way out of removing it from the listing. Such as when it won a 2018 case, the EU claimed that the case only dealt with 2014-2017, so it would not be removing it from the listing. Moreover, I also may point out, the PKK also made significant gains against ISIS about 2014-2015.

reducing the forein aid budget at a point in time when it could do the most good in the world & when britain severely needs strong connections across the world has to be one of the stupidest things a uk government could do
The United Nations was formed in 1945 with 51 members,it now has 193.Its aim was to foster “international peace and security. NATO was formed in 1949 with 30 members with the basic premise of “all for one,one for all”. Britain has cooperated and been involved in both for the past 76 years.
Under the Conservative Govt. of Johnson, more and more public money (OUR TAXES) is being spent developing an isolationist/nationalistic stance instead of cooperation. We have been involved in 23 wars since WWII.......we don’t want any more.Especially, nuclear bombs !!!
With this government, PM and Brexit a laughing stock!
The biggest joke is there's no viable opposition. This is literally it for the UK
OMG the face behind the voice.
Layla Moran is Lib Dem. Great video as always though.
I think every decent person should oppose the values of the tory party 😀
given the current economic circumstances while the government restarts the economy there should be nothing send in foreign aid.
wait, why does anyone care what turkey does to their people? They’re not in your empire. Let them deal with their own problems
I'd like to hear how UK is doing with Covax.
Naturally priority given to those in UK to start economy but it would be good to know if we are supporting others in other parts of the globe.
Britain has been the top aid for years! I think it's time for someone else to step up while we are fixing Brexit
Turkey and Brexit have so much in common! Foreigners and women are just second class citizens!
does the uk government actually work in comparison to the us government?
Isn't Labour the only significant political party that hasn't had a woman leader? That's a bit of a red flag for who most has a problem with women, right?
Superpowers: USA, soon China
Tall countries: BRICS
Regional Powers: Germany, Nigeria, Ethiopia, Turkey
Britain
AMEN.
AMEN.
AMEN.
mistake, layla moran is Lib dem not labour
The state of him.
Why do you care what he looks like hahaha grow up 😂
If I was a British citizen, I would feel insulted by the PM's "answers".
Q: We have this bill here ready to go with majority support from both government and opposition MPs that will help rape victims. Will you commit to a timetable for implementing it?
A: We already spent 66p per citizen on the issue, I'm not committing to anything.
Q: Women are falling victim to rapists. I am one of them. You promised action two years ago and haven't done it. Are you going to?
A: Yeah it's really hurtful when a male interrupts a female colleague in the middle of a sentence.
It's like he's doing it on purpose.
@John Bull Perhaps he should have said that instead? Stress the importance of due process? Because that is definitely something worth defending.
1:18 when you take the exact opposite of what Boris Johnson says, it's frighteningly accurate.
As the old saying goes: "You can always tell when a Tory is lying by his lips moving".
@@SaturnusDK have you met a Lib Dem or labour
@@Henry-xu5jg Yeah they lie less. Then again, you watch Ben Shapiro so I wouldn't put much stock in your ability to tell lies from truths.
@@batrachian149 Lib Dem’s lie a lot ,ore. Yes I do watch Ben Shapiro, so what. He says nothing but facts which of course you refuse to believe because they oppose you and debunk the leftist victim hood and manipulation.
@@Henry-xu5jg Ah yes. Ben Shapiro, Underwater Realtor and Certified Truthman™.
The uk is gonna split 🏴Wales🏴 and 🏴Scotland🏴 will get independence and 🇮🇪Ireland will reunite🇮🇪
It socks.
Boris Johnson really needs a stylist or just a simple comb in his pocket.
But that’s the carefully cultivated “bumbling eccentric old schoolboy Eton toff boris” look. The Mail readers fall for it......
I’d love to see britain as a global empi, i mean leader again.
😂 I got you, I got you 😉
We aren't a superpower anymore but we still are a Major power. We will only be behind the US a majority of the time.
@@olsenfernandes3634 China? EU?
@@Doso777 EU isn't a country and I doubt we will stand on the same side as China
@@Doso777 China is basically a modern USSR with a stronger economy and the EU is kind of but not really a country
There is more nuance to listing the PKK as a terrorist organisation than is shown.
While the PKK is overwhelmingly listed as such by national governments (especially those allied with Turkey),
the PKK has also won a number of court battles showing it is not.
All that matters is that Brexiters were right...
10:36 I think you utterly failed to hear what the minster said in that clip. "Government and opposition parties are on in agreement"?!
Opposition is saying that these charges are clearly trumped up.
The government directly said those politicians are being held on _alleged_ association with a terrorist group and the resolution is therefore to end the association, which has not actually been established to exist. The rest of it could be translated as "and we are giving lip service to how bad it is every time Erdoğan screws up the optics of the situation".
4:17 "There will be no redundancies" Every engineer who has worked on anything vaguely military in nature cringed at that I am sure (I know I did).
I don't necessarily disagree with the sentiment, but the phrasing was disastrous.
Damn we're screwed.
7:06 what was the purpose of saying they’re middle aged men? Are you saying... when you are 20 years older you want have enough empathy for issues that don’t directly impact yourself? Just keep to people’s actions and don’t fall into identity box ticking.
Layla Moran is a Liberal Democrat, not labour
Must be nice to live in a country where saying you support science doesn't lose you half the voter base
Who keeps track of Johnson's lies?
As much as I love this show, the frequency of mistakes in reports is worrying. It seems like every video has at least one mistake. If you asked me, you should spend less on animations and more on delivering accurate reporting, although I can see how this could be fiscally the wrong move, as animations are better for garnering a wider audience. Regardless, one has to balance between running a successful channel and broadcasting accurate, reliable reporting, especially in this age of 'alternative facts'.
01:24...It has already failed all three.
When did the MP for Oxford West and Abingdon switch from the Liberal Democrats to Labour? Also why did pronounce her sername Moron rather than Moran?
I spotted a mistake: Layla Moran's a Lib Dem, not Labour.
Isn’t laya Moran a lib-dem not Labor
Yup, definitely not Labour.
Johnson selling yet more unicorns. Will people never learn?
Love your channel
Isn’t Layla Moran a Lib Dem MP?
Britain’s place in the world is physically squeezed between two of the largest economies of the world-can’t imagine that’s a comfortable place to be right now.
It actually presents a ton of trade opportunities, don't be so negative big mush😂
To your question I answer: not much.
What has been up to now in the political, economic and diplomatic realm: something
