Hey! This is super late, but the way to achieve that "underwater" effect on the voice synth at 20:26 is this:
1) Export the stem into audacity.
2) Export it as an 8kpbs mp3 file.
3) Splice in the section you want with that sound to the track.
indeed that's a way you can achieve it
you also have those features in edison
i didn't know how to do it back then but anyway, thanks for letting me know :)
Actually porter used Lossy for this effect!
@@YumeBasillossy ftw
im so greatful to have this.. it feels great when you learn something
Hey TOavn ! I'm super late to this, but thank you so much for your hard work & contribution to the community ! Also, when you said there were 2 people that asked you to make this tutorial, I felt that. Much love !
Your project is legendary bro
It looks like an ableton project xD
I hope you learned something :D
Thank you so much for explaining how you made it! You did an amazing job and it's always great seeing all the pieces come together / how they're made :)
I hope you learned something out of that :D
Thank you
So much stuff in here was so helpful that somethings in here I didn't even know about, like the blur thing. I needed that so badly lol good work
Thanks 🙏🙏
you are legend, thank you for project and your guidance
you're welcome
New sub man this is amazing keep it going
Thank you very much
didnt know about that edison blur thingy, super cool effect tho
I have never used a DAW before but this is sick
thank you :D
" and by BUNCH OF I mean 2 or 3 I don't remember "
man I'm glad I found this channel
xDD thanks 🤗🤗
You have a typo in title :P
But really love the walkthrough. It's very helpful and even somehow relaxing.
I didn't notice haha
Thank you for your feedback :D
Cool bro!
thanks !
You are so underrated wtffffffff
thanks xD
to consolidate select the pattern and just Ctrl+Alt+C
thanks, I needed that
@@toavnwub U doing God's work
Very lucky that Reaper has an automatic humanize festure :>
11:47 where you get the sample bro?
From the original song bro
that sample is from vst sq8l bro
I literally said if you feel like you learned twice xD
oh well ..
Interesting
what vst did u use for piano at the end? love your stuff
it's FL's Close Grand piano
also thanks :)
Can you breakdown I’m Dreaming by INZO? No one has ever done that
What preset did you use for the piano in the drop?
it's the Studio Grand preset in Addictive keys
@@toavnwub Thank you!
i get clipping when i do the pads with edison. how to fix?
there's an inbuilt EQ inside edison so after you blurred a sound make sure to go to there and spot the really bright areas and cut them, it's usually because the unblurred sound had a lot of resonances or something like that, then ctrl+N to normalize
I hope that helped
bestest flip uwu
Thank u UwU
Damn this is much better than my remake haha
If only Caustic isn't limited to 14 tracks,i could remake the whole shit😂😂😂
Nice remake bro!😆😆😃
Edit:I also learned some stuff about FL so yea, nice video😃(i use to make stuff in FL but i stopped since i sucked at it 😆)
but you did really well too man xD
the important thing is to make the most out of what you have so you did great honestly
and thanks :D
@@toavnwub Yeah you're right haha
Caustic? Is that a mobile app?
@@faketaxi1348 Yes,it's also available on PC
@@kan_085 it's so lit 👍
how did you get fl running on linux thats sick
I pretty much just use 'wine' and it works surprisingly well
where is the playthrough part of your version?
thank you for pointing that out
i should've linked it in the description
ua-cam.com/video/02vWur3lFs0/v-deo.html
Wine, how is the latency?
It's decent for me (take it from a guy who doesn't own a midi keyboard and also doesn't perform live)
Linux? Really?
Yeah 😆
