These night shift vlogs have such calm chaotic energy that I can’t explain lol
Great video I agree when I cover a Night Shift I need to stay busy but I literally take 30
Minute Power Nap during my lunch and it helps. I hear you on the acne my chin breaks out with the masks but I found I use and anti acne in the Am and at night and it has helped to keep me from breaking out. Maybe it will help!

I have been doing night shift since august. I drink water after 3 and to make my self get up. To cut back on the coffee. Snacks help. Keeping your self busy. Take a walk around the unit when needed to move. I fine when I am in one spot I am tired.

@Yes you're correct but remember heaven helps those who help themselves, try studying if you can't study then get yourself a good help
