No dude. You should compete with all of em. Your benefit is that you will have an additional 5% for being a non engineer during the selection process. But during cat, everybody is considered same.

practice is necessary but before that, first pick any book, from where you can practice all relevant topics. writing mocks directly will not be wise as coaching institute provides only fewer mocks and writing mocks for all 3 sections will be better instead of writing for one section, in your case DILR.
