I'll be honest.......the thumbnail made that box look a lot longer, and my first thought was, you got a Moonlander. But, I definitely understand sticking with what you like! I just don't think you can go wrong with Surly fat bikes.
@@ElevationEveryWeekend Yeah, it's a touch pricey. I have zero need, or use case for it, but it's still intriguing. I haven't looked into the classic Moonlander.
@@johndunbar2393 the new Moonlander is probably worth it for those who know they need it, but that is not me. The OG Moonlander is a bit of an oddity, and certainly no more capable than the ICT, but I like those older “jump bar” Surly fat bikes. I still ride our 2014 Pugsleys here and there.
While I may experiment with 29plus at some point on this bike, it will definitely be starting out as a full fat bike build. That 29.3.25 size would be interesting to try though!
Looks like someone forgot to color grade this video😬👻
Excited to see the bike and AWESOME hoodie!! 🥁
@@DirtEveryWeekend haha thanks!!
Can't wait to see it when it's built
Thanks for watching!
Awesome! Can’t wait to see a new build!
The new color is so great!
@@033biketrips thanks!!
Hey Tommy. I am looking forward to seeing your creation from the ICT frame. Great idea!!! 👍
Thanks for watching! Really looking forward to getting this together and getting more (non-snow) fun factor back into my ICT riding!
I am excited to follow this ICT project/adventure!
I’m so excited to see this bike all built up and you riding !! 👏💙
Thanks for checking it out!
Love the pearl drum hoodie
More time playing drums this year has definitely cut into my UA-cam posting time!
Heck yeah! Weight weenie fat bike build!
Haha well, compared to my 2020 yes, compared to typical weight weenie standards, I am not so sure!
Warm cheese…I love it.
@@FATKEVMTB It’s a good color, can’t wait to see it out in the sun.
Cool, looking forward to the build!
Why didn't you go with the Wednesday as an addition to the ICT?
I like the Wednesday a lot, but the different 177mm rear sizing and clearance limits wheel compatibility and tire sizes.
I was also hoping for the new moonlander.
@@tomlamontagne4319 Would love to try it! It would be a tough one for me to justify purchasing for my use case.
WREN FORK!!!
I am going to start with the stock fork, but I am thinking about a suspension fork for summer and the Wren would definitely be on the list!
This seems strangely coincidental. My new Moonlander shares the same room as my Masters Birch.
@@nathanatkin1984 Haha nice! After years of focusing on bikes I have been playing drums again multiple times per week.

@@johndunbar2393 I would love to try that new Moonlander, but I just can’t see me buying one for the riding I do, especially at that price point
I still wouldn’t mind tracking down a classic Moonlander tho!

That Surley box makes for a good desk front, eh? 🤷🏼♂️ 🚴🏼🚴🏼🚴🏼🫡
