- One of the best restaurants in Toronto I visited this year! 🤌 I've been a fan of Chef Rob Bragagnolo after loving my meal at Labora, and I finally went to his new restaurant, Casa Paco in Little Italy. 🙌 #shorts #trave #foodie #toronto #travellingfoodie
Casa Paco has a great $73 4-course Menu de Casa that changes daily, but we went all out and ordered most of the menu which felt like having a Michelin dining experience for 4 hours lol 😋 Their craft cocktails are also 👌
Here's everything I ate at Casa Paco Toronto:
1. Grilled Cucumber with Zero Alcohol Ontario Strawberry Aperitivo
2. 00 Anchovies from Cantabria (cured for 12 months then tinned in Spanish olive oil) with Leak Butter on Homemade Bread ($13)
3. Tomato Bread with House Marinated Olives
4. Boquerones ($14)
5. Piquillo Pepper 'Pil-Pil'
6. Summer Peas wtih Stracciatella
7. 5Js Jamon Iberico Gran Reserva "Paletilla" ($24)
8. "Rubia Gallega" (cured Ontario beef ribeye) with hen of the woods
9. Scallop with Roe & Scallop Tartare with french beans, tomato
10. Carabinero Prawns cooked over live fire ($45) - best prawns I've ever had! Very rare to find this!
11. Artichoke Flower with egg yolk, snap pea salad
12. Grilled Octopus "Mallorquina" with pine nut, raising, eggplant
13. Grilled Red Sea Bream from Greece wtih Salsa Verde
14. Slow Roasted Lamb Rice with mint aioli, fava beans
15. Bruleed Lemon Flan ($14)
16. Coffee-Cardamom Cheesecake ($16)
17. Eccles & Tete de Moine ($18)
18. The Orchard Cocktail - Scotch, Pear Brandy, Green Apple, Cardamom, Egg White ($18)
Casa Paco is currently in Canada's Best 100, achieving No. 2 in Best New Restaurants and No. 34 in Best Restaurants in Canada!

A passive aggressive history / sociology lesson with your meal. Thanks Canada. Lol
