It was an enduro practice day - one long session, pit as often/little as needed. See Sidcup club website/FB for more detail. Tips - get a camel back of any kind, pit when you feel tired, look for the diffrent lines out there - some are easier than other. BTW nice video.
@@CrosserKid for small (distance/time) event just for fluid (many go for isotonic drinks) but at longer events you may want tools/spares (levers, tubes, etc and rainmac). events like this loop back on the same work area (pit lane) so you can normally make in back with a wounded bike / sign of rain. big events in wales/abroad or a days trail riding require carrying more stuff
