    Hahaha I was camped in the spot at 06:57 on the weekend after ANZAC day 2024 and woke up to -4C and anything with moisture left out overnight frozen ! That is a magnificent campsite and one I will definitely go back to. The main cave was pretty cool and made for some amusing video of getting in and out 😀
    That said, a big BOOOOOOO to all the muppets that just had to leave their mark on the cave.... and the local huts. You lot will be the reason lots of these places get closed to those that can respect and admire our natural wonders without feeling the need to leave a mark.

    Off to Licola myself this Thurs, along the Wellington river, but very keen to head further out Omeo/Limestone ways, looks gorgeous!
    Love it mate, never disappoints seeing you get out and about, inspiring to be honest!
    How's the 80 going? No recent dramas? Any new work?
    Getting the clutch done on my old girl and then hitting the roads.

    Is the nunniong track RWD accessible on dry days? I have a 2005 ford territory that I’m in the middle of getting it on the road and hoping to take the rated easy 4WD tracks in dry weather conditions

    • @Bush-Tv
      @Bush-Tv  Рік тому +2

      G'day Tamara, The Nunniong, Nunnett, and Bentley's plains Rds are reasonably good.
      Weather events may change the conditions and anything around 800 mtrs (Moscow Villa Hut and above )could get snow so i'de do the research before heading out and if you can get yourself an EPIB (emergency beacon) Also have a look for the seasonal road closures.
      A good start I would camp at Bentley plains Hut or Moscow Villa just up the Rd 👍Tracks heading off the Named roads are mostly 4x4 only. Hope that helps

    • @tamarachumbley8722
      @tamarachumbley8722 Рік тому +1

      @@Bush-Tv I seen that beacon on one of your episodes and the zoleo beacon as well on another 4WD channel, they sell them both at BCF and atm looking at snow chains on marketplace, I’ll only be driving along the Bentley plain road track as it’s rated easy and the track that goes from Ensay to swifts creek and visa versa, from what I recall the track doesn’t open until or after the Melbourne cup long weekend, will be saving up for a 4WD in the future when I get back on my feet

    • @Bush-Tv
      @Bush-Tv  Рік тому +2

      @@tamarachumbley8722 definitely recommend the EPIB I have (GME by memory)if you want to do a test run the gate is just up from Moscow Villa 👍
