    Does this work if the time period keeps changing, since you are fixing the time period initially?

    at 06:58, you wrote the INDEX function as following, =Index(time,I18). What do you mean by the entry "time" and how was it chosen?
    it is colored blue. How?

      It's a named range, he labelled the data in the A column as 'time' at 1:08
