Thank you so much for this simple video. I was debating if I should get this deck, and it's difficult to find adequate pictures online. This was what I needed! SOLD!
Such a great deck. Only quibble was that there was no dark and light sides on the clouds, but that was balanced by both of the books! One opened, one closed so you have both options depending on the modifying cards around it! Fabulous!
Interesting: a female Sun and a male Moon! The Clouds card is a bit strange and could use some shading on one side, but other than that the deck is lovely - I may just have to get it! Why do I find Lenormand cards so irresistible? Thank you for another great flip-through!!!
late, late, but maybe you still see this: in many Germanic languages (for example German) nouns are gendered, and the sun is often gendered as female (die Sonne) , and the moon male (der Mond). I guess it goes back to the old Germanic mythology, where the Sun represents the goddess Sol, and the Moon the god Mani.
@@khan7459 Thank you for replying to my comment! I did see it because YT emailed it to me😊! I am German and grew up with 'liebe Sonne und guter Mond'. It just goes to show that nothing is etched in stone, and we need to stay open to these variations. In tarot for example the Spanish decks (and some others) depict the cups as air, and the swords as water, against the convention of the Golden Dawn.
@@tarotales3222 Oh, surprise! I told you old news then ;) I think the older decks (pre GD) have also never been too strict about "a system"to follow anyway. Swords as water sounds unusual but interesting... I've played with the idea for cups as fire for a while, but couldn't figure out where to put water in a way that satisfied me. You're right , we should always stay open - and that doesn't restrict to tarot!
@@khan7459 We do have that saying 'love is in the air', and the Spanish people fought many of their battles at sea. That is the only explanation I can think of. 😅
This is what a Lenormand should be! Great review as usual.
Oh that fox card is so nice. Love this deck. Thank you for sharing this one.
Great flipthrough! Thank you! 🌈✨🕊️
Love the way you are filming ! We really can see the cards from close and it's not too fast not to slow. Thanks !
You're welcome. Glad you enjoyed it.

I like this deck, very much. Thanks dear Darkstar.
I like this deck. It is completely easy to read and simple.
Beautiful deck, a must have

There are dark and light sides on the clouds. It’s just that it’s difficult to discern the nuances of images in a video.
Yes! Once I got the deck I saw this. Very subtle though!
Beautiful
Never seen this one, Thanks for sharing!
Thanks ❤️
THANK YOU
Really beautiful 😘
Thx Q for the Review

I'm the same way. But then, it's hard for me to pass up any pretty deck.
