The two obvious differences between then and now is the pub in the right of shot at 0.40 is now a charity shop (before that it was the local jobcentre) and the alleyway and granite wall at 1.36 had been knocked down to make a driveway into what were the local council offices - now apartments. Obviously all the shops in the Midday dance/childrens dance scenes have gone thanks to Tesco but everything else is pretty much the same. No idea where the last shot is though.
