What a spectacular illustration, I'm so thankful that we have people like you guys, making our study much easier. I noticed something in 13:50 , How do CD4+ T helper cells recognize the antigens directly? Aren't they supposed to recognize MHC class two molecules, which are only found in antigen presenting cells? The graft has MHC class one, containing antigens of the graft. I hope you understood my question, I'm so bad at explaining.
The video is general was so helpful, so thank you! I hope you answer my question.
you also transplant the donor APCs so the CD4 helper cells bind directly to the MHC II on the donor APCs.
This was so helpful. Thanks a lot.
