Thing with goats is dominance, once they realize that their horns actually make them weak to us large monkeys with thumbs to grab them they usually stop charging them.... Though the process of asserting dominance (for our safety, and not painful by any means to them considering) is seen as animal abuse.... So they are always going to be thinking we are the weaker species in their specific environments....
