I've long loved Brianna's voice, sweet and powerful at the same time, but Struggle needs to sing more often. His voice is unique and the roughness adds heart that's lacking in most of today's music.

Strugg,..... every song I hear when you just totally let it down naked to bare bones, and let your vocal cords portray the ballad, remind me so much of Johnny Cash in his heartfelt tunes.... You make tragedy beautiful just as he did! You might not make this same connection, but this reminds me so much of the ballad of Ira Hayes

Totally agree! Being 40…CCR was passed down to me by the previous generation and I’ve passed CCR down to my kids. That’s what I love so much about music…we take the music that’s tied to memories or that influenced us and then it’s passed down to the next generation and so on. It’s how songs and artists stay alive through history 😊♥️

I think it’s a must to be open to discovering new music because you never know what’s going to hit you or speak to you…plus it makes car rides much more enjoyable when you all agree on songs to play 😉 I absolutely love what they did with this song and I think John Fogerty would be pleased as well. I had the privilege of seeing him front row center in Vegas and became emotional through quite a few songs. His voice does that to me ♥️
When my mom called to let me know my dad had a major stroke, I played this song several times. Praise God my dad is still here with us, but he is now paralyzed. He will always be the strongest man I will ever know. I love you dad forever and always.❤

I am so sorry about your dad's stroke. My daddy had one 7 years ago. Took his speech and ability to walk but thank God he knows us and had still has his sense of humor and So thankful he is still here and cherish each second. He is the greatest man I know.

As a person who has used his voice very loud for years & a smoker I love to keep the raspy voice when I talk or lightly sing. But we still can go higher whit some songs.

Yep 5 yrs taken away from you gives you a lot of TIME to assess what you could have done differently and formulate a plan on how to make it up to the ones you love. Being a father of 5 kids and coming from poverty I can tell you the temptation of "fast money" to better the lives of your family is easy to give in to when the slow and difficult nose to the grindstone money sometimes won't even cover the rent and utilities. God bless you brother. Congratulations on what you have achieved with your music and your family. A lot of us can look to you for inspiration to just keep on pressing on and keep our heads up

I've seen the storm. I'm Robert God made me schizophrenic n I thank him. I started drugs when my dad died I was 19. I died three different times done to much all the time. I went through a spiritual journey and survived people were so mean spiritually I spent 2 yrs in a mental hospital where I found God I prayed not for myself but for him I said to him I cant imagine what you go through n now the voices stopped. Found My perfect wife Kelsey . God showed me the way out of hell n I thank him

Two months ago I was writing about my father. Praise God he is still with us.🙏Now my mother is in ICU and on a ventilator and dialysis. It has been so rough for me mentally and emotionally since October. This songhas helped me through some dark times.
