Possibly THE champion of champions in Australian servers.
These are just 3 of the bunch of races I had in a session, and this guy won them all. Well except one off-screen, thanks to some other angry undisciplined rammer unfortunately. Time to grab the Centodieci I guess.

Keep in mind I am playing on Australian servers, you may see someone else that you think is faster, but this is just from my sessions in Aussie Motorfest. Remember to read descriptions, and please don't start a witch hunt, or throw accusations, I upload for my own fun.
It never made sense that Australia has some of the worst internet even though they invented it.

Yeah at 10:16 if you would’ve save all of your nitrous before you hit that jump, you could’ve passed him I tend to pass a lot of people when i hit that jump because a lot of people don’t save their nitrous before you hit that jump make sure you have a full tank of nitrous when you hit that jump as well. It will help you in the long run.💯
@Wayne_762 Yeah my goldfish memory said otherwise. I know there's a ramp around there on a certain route, but this went a different way and I didn't realise there was a ramp here until I went further up the slope lol

Try chasing i know it’s annoying following someones line but you need to catch that slipstream till u on his bumper if you would’ve been on his line u wouldn’t have hit the lil gates and rocks giving you head room to catch up on his hits. I play on "Orstrarlia" servers in grand race cause thats where I live lol, never in my life have I seen this dude or remember seeing him in grand race. He seems like a beast in these servers while everyone else be crashing and building skyscrapers at every corner lol
Good race! I watched a few of your videos and saw many familiar IDs. We definitely have raced with each other before! The only weird thing is I lived in east Asia and we somehow ended up in the same server.
Unless your matchmaking server is set to Australia, maybe it merges people together depending on server population.
@@phanoos2187 My matchingmaking is default so I guess what you saying is right. Most players of the crew franchise probably are from europe or USA. So the devs just merge people from Asia and Australia.
The scariest part is that there is people in grand race who have much much faster pace than this guy, I’ve had lobbies where I’ve had to race simgii, goliath, tesseract, vapeed, netrex, RynoTheRacoon, saiko 97 all the same time, not fun 😭
The people you've seen are most likely not here on Aussie servers lol, I've seen this Limbo guy in my sessions 80% of the time and they're super consistent.

@@bran-rr I knew there was a setting to change matchmaking regions, I do want to try US and EU lobbies, hmm. Australian internet is underwhelming though, latency might be horrid.
@@phanoos2187 the lantecy in this game shouldn’t effect your input however everyone might just end up wobbling all over the place on your screen hehe. The odds of finding the top drivers in those servers are quite small anyways, cuz there’s so many people on them. Might just be better off staying on Australia server than witness a laggy mess
@@bran-rr it’s not just Australia, Japan and it’s surrounding country’s are also on these servers as well as nz, most of the fast players on these servers will be from Japan

Do you use manual gearshift control? I've been playing for a short time, I just wanted to win first in Formula 1, looking for I come from South America, Brazil. title king of kings. That's my ambition.
Sometimes I use manual, sometimes I use automatic. I've used more automatic so far.
What playlist would these races be under? And would I have to beat most of the game for this? I literally just started playing a week ago

These Grand Races aren't a playlist event, if you pause and go to the activities section, it should be it's own node in the menus. I don't think you need to unlock them, you can do these events whenever you like, but if you've only just started the game, you can choose to use loaned vehicles for each category. They might not be the best but they'll do.

Can somone help me? I have rtx 4070ti and my game is lagging, i uninstalled obs, every time i go out of tab on it it magicly return to normal and when I go to the tab it Goes laggy

Limbo.Lyn is not the fastest in Aus. Yes he is one of best consistency-wise, but that crown goes to either Saab_JAS39, or SwatDX.
Oh and the worst sweaty rammer in Aus goes to qibapilang1. 2nd goes to near-axe

Boost produces more power above half full.. try to keep it close or above half as much as possible..

My Revuelto is bone stock, I don't have a tune on it yet. As for the controller settings I use, I have 0 in Deadzone, Linearity, and Highest in the steering category.

Your nitrous management is your main issue. Nitrous isnt nearly as effective when its in the red.
What do you guy put the all your legends points on?
I haven't put all my points into anything that benefits performance other than some very few points into Nitrous Regeneration.
I put everything else into more money, and better quality loot/parts since I expect to be purchasing a lot of vehicles, and with a lot of vehicles I need parts. So when I come across a Summit with rewards I find interesting, I'm better prepared to make the expenses.
Extra nitrous power, extra nitrous duration, imo those kinds of benefits usually aren't needed, just having good racing lines with smooth driving is key, as well as some track knowledge and nitrous management too will already do you a huge favor in Grand Races.
After all, these legend points are up to you for what you want to tailor your experience towards.
Honestly I’m pretty sure he was using wheel mode. You had a solid ass race. Minor nos management issues but we all do it when we’re this to catch someone
This video aged a bit poorly. I can beat them as long as I have a decent drive now, I've done it a few times although it was only in strong cars.
I don't think he's on wheelmode, and I'm not saying that because I've won a few times. Wheelmode doesn't straight up add power to your cars, it's just hypersensitive handling through a third party app, therefore it is cheating, but I've seen other people massively more suspicious than Limbo, and faster too.
Wtf does wheel mode have to do with anything? Does it fix the garbage crew handling or what?
@@T6Demo nope 🤣I think people forget that wheelmode doesn't add power in anyway, if anything it makes it horrible for most players. It makes the handling become 1:1 with your controller input, and it is AWFUL. But to someone that's spent time getting used to it, it's just hyper sensitive handling.
TLDR, would agree, crew physics still bad although its a major upgrade from TC2. Coming from Assetto Corsa, I despise the drift physics.

0 Linearity, Dead zone, and Highest. No Direct Mode. 75 Sensitivity, and Dynamic Max Lock.

How do you get a boost at the start, I feel its so random, some races I start so slow and some I take-off faster than most, is there a tech to it?
I don't think there's much 'tech,' or none at all really. The amount of nitrous you start with depends on how far up the grid you start, the further back you are, the more nitrous you begin with ready to go.
The thing is with starting up closer to the front, not only do you have less nitrous, sometimes even none at all, you have so many other drivers behind you that can catch your slipstream. That's probably why you feel slow off the line sometimes.
Just make sure you're aware of other drivers at the start, don't get caught up in a collision even if that means sacrificing 2nd place to not crash, and you'll have a higher chance battling it out for a decent position up front.

I'm personally not gonna lie against him (Limbo.Lyu) cuz he's truly a formidable talent, competitive and fast player on the Grand Race I've ever face by far. Especially I was above average in all-around skill type.
I've only ever beaten them one time.
When I get close towards the finish I top out and cannot go any faster even in a slipstream and with nitrous lol. Just like in the first race of this video.
It wasn't the first time that happened, I've raced them so many times, and they're always literally just out of reach.

You're a good driver but you could've easily beat him in the first 2 races if you had just saved your nitrous while slipstreaming in the final stretch

I've seen like 2 other people that are as fast as this guy, but they're probably not as known as other people you see. I am on Australian servers. If they are on my servers, I've never seen them in my races.
@@phanoos2187 simgii is on uk servers I'm pretty sure cause he's on YT and uses kph instead of mph so I could be wrong. What times are you on motor fest? I live in the US and I'm usually on when I get off work from like 3:00-4:30/5:00am EST and then usually after I get up I'll play from 4:00-7:00pm EST on my days off. But if I'm working it's only 3:00-4:30/5:00am EST

Give Australian servers a try though see what you think. I'm sure you'll find Limbo fairly easily, he's there almost all the time when I jump on XD

Yeah that's just how it is unfortunately these days, the devs can't do anything except tighten security, but in the end it's the people themselves that decide to cheat, in any game really. The bad stigma isn't going to go away.
At the bare minimum, there's no ranked Grand Racing at least, it's just fun.

I raced a guy in corvette which I hate those cars he was in Bugatti I was in first place until 98% I was dusting him talking ish entire time then he passed me on w straight last minute mind you he was 2 miles away makes 0 sense
You should not use your nitro when it's in red part. You would probably have won that first race if you had kept full nitro for the end of the race

They've done that to me too sometimes, but honestly I feel they just know a better braking zone than I do. Otherwise, I feel like getting rear ended at this point is just an arcade racing game thing idk, getting rammed from the side though is definitely dirty if it's intentional.
