I'm almost positive that "Main Stage" locked behind completing 3 initial playlists will be the use your own vehicle type events. The playlists are made to give you something to hop into and just play
Never been interested in the crew games, but motorfest has me wanting to buy it
I can't get over how good this game looks, love the transitions when you unlock a car
After completing a playlist, the additional challenges get you do use your own cars btw
After watching the car list video I might’ve found why that off-road mustang has that issue it’s because it’s a rear wheel drive car that has a lot of off-road grip plus not that high top speed so when you go into a corner and step out like what was happening the car does a 90 degree turn because you slow down so much
So in conclusion that mustang has a very specific way it needs to be driven and if it was awd it most likely wouldn’t have that problem
I had a quick little look about that *Custom Mode* in The Crew Motorfest. You remember how during the playlist, you had to use loaned cars. Well, do those same races in Custom Mode and you'll be able to pick any car you owned. From what I heard, you can also change time of day settings, weather and even some modifiers. It makes sense why you had to complete the said playlist.
Anyway, I am excited for The Crew Motorfest. It is releasing this Thursday for me. Yeah, I am getting the "Special Edition" from my game store.

only if forza can add the redeye i would be so happy every time i see gameplay of the crew it makes me want to buy it even more especially when it comes to the redeye speaking of a redeye jailbreak owner myself haha!
If u have completed a full playlist u can set an event in custom mode and u can use ur own cars, u can even use any spec of car u want and set the time of day
The brand new feeling to each car really interests me i might need to try this out

So you get a free starter car... then you proceed to use "rented' cars. Imagine most people will have 40bagillion banked by the time they actually need to buy a car. lol I love when it gives you the option to import your Crew2 car collection. So, was that foreshadowing to how little you have to buy cars are in game?

I guess I am the only one that think the pig nose m series cars look sick, they only really did it for their racing program which is badass
You can go back into the Playlist races you've done and setup your own races with your own cars.
The AI being rockets in straights are pretty funny.

This is the type of customisation and cars we need on Forza Horizon 5. Forza devs are lacking on this department, even though they're dropping some awesome updates lately.

You Can Use Your Own Car In The Playlists Once You Finish The Playlist It Gives You The Option To Do “Side Quests” With Your Own Cars

13:10 i guess this is why they just let you import cars from crew 2. Like we're all basically just racing with lent out cars and no one's really getting an advantage cuz they have OP cars from the old game.

Is it worth getting?
Maybe I'm alone or close to alone in this, but I miss the original racing games that had you starting in an old hatchback or something and it took a solid day or two of playing to earn your way into some proper fast cars.
Games are too quick to throw you into the fastest stuff these days that the sense of progression feels totally lost.

Could anyone explain to me what was wrong with the handling model in The Crew (1- if You turn the assists off) so that they ruined it in TC 2 and in this one is still broken?
Just bring back the original model, turn the assists off by default and make a nice driving game again.
