You're such a great guy Mike with a passion for your company. Just say it. No harsh paper products, no feminine products (Sanitary napkins, tampons, pantyliners, Menstrual cups, cloth menstrual pads, period panties/adult diapers, and sponges). No male products (Sanitary napkins, adult diapers, condoms). None of these things belong in a plumbing system.

With a few low cost sensors that can be monitored by a low cost microprocessor (Raspberry Pi less then $40. ). And a bit of in-house programming could save the user a lot of time and money replacing the unit. A simple LC panel could show high temperatures and a clogged inlet. Back that up with a automatic shutdown and the system could be more reliable.

OK, I know about all that. The macerator hose goes bad every 3 years. Show us how to replace it. That would be helpful for us in Airstream Interstate Type Bs.

Does the macerator have a auto shut off as well as a fuse? Can Kidney stones clog a macerator? Shampoo caps can fall into toilet as well. Do you have to remove the macerator to remove the rocks, stone, paper towells, etc?

What is the best fitting to adapt a permenant type macerator for temporary RV use? Specifically - I need to go from a 3" bayonette to 1 1/2 NPT. Is there an easy adaptor for this without using a Fernco or similar?

Unless Bucky has a macerator on her grey tank, you’ve eliminated they chance of macerator failure by 100%

Advanced RV I hooked my Maserator up to one of my 6 volt batteries and have used it 6 times, once a week. Now it won’t work and the vendor who sold it to us said we should have hooked up positive cable to one battery and the negative cable to the other battery. What?
No directions on this in the paperwork that came with the Maserator....... he basically said too bad for you, you screwed up. Thanks for letting me know...... he thinks I burned up the motor.
      I have a 2016 Montana HC with 2 6 volt interstate batteries.
Could I have burned up the motor by attaching both battery cables to the one 6 volt battery?
I’m very upset because I paid good money for this product.
