I'm a substitute teacher. Substitutes aren't allowed to touch kids, even if they get hurt. If a kid initiates a hug, i can't hug back. The only time we can touch a kid is in emergency situations, like if the kid is choking.

I have a story too: I am in the 6th grade and we had a sub in history. He was pretty cool at first, then we had to do a worksheet. He didn't tell us his last name(red flag) so he said to call him Mr.Bob. when the class was doing the worksheet he was at the teacher's desk. I finished early so I was reading my book. I looked up and I looked at Mr.Bob, he was on his phone so I kept reading. Oh yea, the kids split the room into boys side and girls side. I sat on both sides but that day I sat on the girls side. I looked up from my book again and Mr.Bob was taking pictures of the girls side of the classroom. I told my friend the next day and she told the principle. 1 like=1 step closer for Mr.Bob to be fired

My friend's gym teacher would go into the girls' locker room after they got dressed for gym and he would lock the door. He would stay in there for about fifteen minutes while the students were waiting for him. After class the girls would find their stuff all messy and obviously like someone had gone through their things. And he kinda looked like how Nikki described Mr. Prev. I tried to convince her to tell someone but she never did and there was nothing I could do about it. Still creeps me out to this day.
Story time: I was in middle school seventh grade and we had a sub for English my class got like really loud but we were still doing some of the work but the sub let’s call him Mr.C bc I forgot his name Mr.C got angry at a student for talking back at him and chocked him from the neck we all ran the the office and told on him he got fired the end. (Oh the boy is ok he didn’t get hurt.) 😊

Once, my teacher would always want a hug and if we would not give him one he would get mad. He was very touchy and stuff. My friend and I called him a perv but he heard us. He had a speech the next day telling us to not assume things without proofs and he threatened us (it was directed to me and my friend) and he kept cursing. I talked to my mom and she went to see the principal. My principal said it wasn't ok to call someone like that without proofs, but then she said that a lot of parents didn't want him close to their kids because their kids told their parents that he touched them a lot. Next year, he wasn't at the school anymore. What annoyed me is that he thought he was better than everyone.

Turns out that when I was in 8th grade his ass was fire and arrested. He appeared in the news. Everyone in school was talking about it. We all went to first period and social workers and teachers told us what happened... and they made us take a fucking survey saying if we needed to talk to anyone to see if we had experience anything with him.
I also remember that one of the band teachers got fired because he made girls stay after school for "lessons" or something. Another gym teacher was playing and flirting with girls in 6th and 7th grade. Sometimes people in my grade. That is what I called a shitty shitty middle school.

I kinda ACCIDENTALLY got my teacher fired in year 1. So here’s the story:
The teacher, let’s call her Miss Smith, was handing out homework to the class, one by one. So basically I don’t know how it works in America but in lower years of British Primary Schools, we sit on the floor in front of the teacher when the explain and then go off to our tables and do the assignment.
So I sat the furthest from the teacher, in the back, so when it came to me, she playfully threw it at me and it scratched my face, leaving a mark, but she didn’t notice and I didn’t tell her I don’t know why but whatever.
I went home that day not caring and I forgot about it, but when I was talking to my mom she realised and asked what happened. I proceeded to tell her and she ended up telling the headteacher the next day.
At the time, I didn’t see why it was such a big deal, after all, I was only 6. I was confused when the headteacher asked who the teacher was but I just told her, not knowing she would get fired.
Later on, I was walking out of the school hall and I saw her at the administration desk crying and begging for her job back. It was only then that I understood she was leaving and it was my fault.
She clearly enjoyed working with children and I feel so bad now even though it was years and years ago.

She gave me zeros for homework I did and gave me detentions every day for doing the homework wrong. But I wasn't the only on in class. She mistreated a lot of the Hispanic kids. And she treated me so shitty that I just stopped doing my homework and she sent me to the principals office and had me call my mom in the middle of class I front of everyone to humiliate me. I just stopped giving a shit and every day since like November I was in detention at lunch and picking up trash. My mom even stopped caring about the teacher and complained about her a lot. She ended up getting transferred to another school then fired at that one. Then back at the elementary school I went to and then I think she's still working there.
